Luxury Heated Cattery
ACCOMMODATION
Our cattery is kept in our private garden to provide first-class and peaceful accommodation for your furry friend.
Cats are housed in separate units, individually heated and each with its own run. There is space between each run so the cats can see their neighbours but there can be no direct contact. Only cats from the same family are allowed to share. Hygiene and safety are considered of the utmost importance.
The cattery can only be viewed online.
FEEDING
A wide variety of good foods are available. Meals are regular, adult cats being fed twice daily, kittens and older cats according to their special requirements. Individual and special diets can be catered for.
BEDDING
You are welcome to bring along beds/ blankets/ towels/ old sweaters/ toys.
Scratch posts or anything you feel will help your cat feel more "at home"
VACCINATIONS
We want all the animals in our care to remain healthy and unfortunately, we cannot admit any guest to Tollgate that is not up-to-date with
its vaccinations.
No pet will be admitted without proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
HOW TO BOOK
£13.00 per day for each cat.
£2.00 per night for heating
We offer an early collection Monday-Saturday.
Deposit are NON REFUNDABLE and only transferable with 14 days notice
If your cat is boarding with us over Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year's day the boarding fees will be double.
We are closed bank holidays
If your pet is collected between 8.30-9.30 am no charge will be made for that day. THIS OFFER DOES NOT INCLUDE SUNDAYS.
No extra charge is made for the following:
* administering of medication
* bedtime treats
* washing of soiled bedding
Payment can be made by cash, BACS. Please email or call for BACS details.
We must receive an email once the BACS transfer is made to complete booking.
